Jen Busch builds clients for life. She helps families find the property of their dreams and a place to call home that allows a lifestyle that’s right for them at all stages of their lives. Jen also helps investors find ways to make smart strategic decisions about their real estate portfolios and how to set themselves up for success.
As a real estate agent at LandProz, Jen oversees real estate transactions, as well as advising clients to negotiate best price offers. Marketing a property for sale in the best possible light and to the right audience, is one of her top priorities in working with selling clients. For Jen advising her clients in negotiation, staging properties, and guiding financially is the most rewarding parts of her career.
Before joining LandProz, Jen launched her real estate career back in 2001. From working for a new construction contractor, real estate attorney office, mortgage processing and lending, all the way to directing a mortgage department for local financials, Jen has all the experience and well-rounded knowledge to help you navigate through the entire complex process of buying or selling real estate.
Jen has the network of professionals you can rely on. Her expertise and commitment to constantly achieving and learning all aspects of the real estate business, has allowed her to be your go to person for anything real estate.
Jen deeply values community involvement, you can find her volunteering at the local Byron Community Foundation Board, and was even the past President of the Byron Chamber of Commerce (among various other volunteer community organizations).
Jen grew up in southeast Minnesota and attend college in Winona, Minnesota. She knows the value of farm life and hard work, as that’s how she was raised. She loves to spend time with her 2 sons and they have done many home remodeling projects, and large home additions all by themselves. In Jen’s free time she enjoys the gym, gardening, cooking, hiking, and fishing.
