JJ Wise grew up in the small North Iowa town of Manly. Growing up in an auction family, JJ found a love for the auction method of marketing at an incredibly young age. At the age of 11, he attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering and went to work selling assets at his family's auction facility. In 2014 JJ took over the auction company his mother and father founded selling farm machinery and personal assets at auction. JJ participates in over 250 auctions a year from land to fundraising events!
Now a full-time LandProz Agent and Auctioneer, he prides himself on taking care of his clients and working on their needs to produce the best possible outcome for them before, during and after the sale. JJ Wise has been working with LandProz and Jensen Auctioneers since 2012 and has gained a lot of knowledge in the process of selling land by traditional listings or live and online auctions. JJ will help you decide what option is best for you when it is time to sell your farm. He is currently serving on the board of directors for the Iowa Auctioneers Association and in his free time he loves to spend time with his son Axel and Fiancee Jodie on their acreage in rural Klemme, IA. jjwise@landproz.com
