Duties include maintaining computer system hardware and software, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting problems with hardware and software and will maintain RS2 Door operation program. Will also evaluate and recommend changes in systems, provide informal and formal training to users and outside vendors, monitor telephone/voice mail system and will train/assist users. Maintains records, manuals, computer inventory and supplies. Qualifications include experience using VMware technologies, Veeam Backup and Replication, Windows Domains/AD, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server Update Services and troubleshooting network issues. Requires minimum Associates degree; prefer four-year degree with focus in computer science, information technology or related field.
