Our Pit Masters have a true passion for smoking foods. The youngest is no exception to the rule. They got their start in the world of Professional BBQ in the Kansas City Barbecue Society where they had opportunities to compete against the best of the best. Their ventures have lead them to competitions across the United States as well as Canada, including The World Food Championship and The American Royal. Now our primary purpose is to present to you our experiences in creating "Award Winning" BBQ. Each cook is an opportunity to recreate the same great quality for our loyal customers time and time again.
