WINONA STATE UNIVERSITY Associate Director of Advising for Department of Undergraduate Nursing WINONA STATE UNIVERSITY, Winona, MN The Associate Director will be responsible for managing and directing the provision of academic advising services for the Department of Undergraduate Nursing. Duties associated with this position include (1) trainin and development of faculty advisors within the department for undergraduate students; (2) developing and disseminating program information to prospective and current students, including program admission and academic advising information, (3) providing leadership for the department in advising, recruiting, admissions, and retention, and keeping database for state and national reporting on departmental student information. Minimum qualifications for this position are a Master's degree in Student Personnel and Counseling, Higher Education Leadership, Education, or other applicable degree and at least three years of experience in a higher education setting.
