Whitewater Health Services is proud to be the only skilled nursing facility in St. Charles, Minnesota. This affords us the ability to keep our residents in the community they cherish. Additionally, we are the only Veteran Affairs contracted facility in Winona County. It is an honor to continually provide care to those who have sacrificed and served our country.
We have a close partnership with Olmsted providers and our medical director is an Olmsted physician. We are proud to be active in the community and a member of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce.
