Job Title: Field Technician Seasons: April thru May & October thru November Hours: 50-70 hours per week Pay: $18-21 per hour plus overtime Job Duties: Operate a variety of fertilizer and construction equipment used for Return's fertilizer application, compost production, and storage, and carry out general equipment maintenance. Requirements: Basic knowledge of medium-duty equipment operation, such as skid loader, payloader, floaters, and tractors, and experience carrying out general equipment maintenance. Must have or be willing to obtain a DOT medical card.
