REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Established working relationships with local, state and federal government Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering role with construction development Understanding of grant management, writing and land use planning Understanding of tribal government operations and experience working on tribal projects. Sensitive to Native American Culture. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in project management. Experience working with the BIA -Bureau of Indian Affairs.
