WINONA STATE UNIVERSITY Director of Undergraduate Admissions Winona State University invites applications for the position Director of Undergraduate Admissions. As the Director, you will have an immediate and direct impact on the enrollment and income objectives of the University, working directly with the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Life and with other campus leaders. The Director works collaboratively in the development of data-informed recruitment strategies, creating a vision for a 21st-century admission model to skillfully recruit, retain, and enroll students in a continuously changing higher education environment. The Director also articulates University educational and service policy and philosophy to the constituency in the four-state area, including working with students who are transitioning from high school to college as well as high school guidance counselors, community college officials and transfer students. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Marketing, or related field and at least five (5) years of leadership experience in student services, recruitment, marketing, or admissions in Higher Education.
