Conducts research and performs financial, economic, and technological analysis regarding issues pertaining to the utility industry. Desired Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Five or more years of related utility experience with strong project management and communication skills. Knowledge of accounting, computers, utility contracts, generation and transmission systems, business and design philosophy, business law, land management, permits, easements, and construction project management is preferred.
